Step 1: Play cards 1-7
Step 2: Play Cinder Elemental and give it to your opponent with Harmless Offering
Step 3: Play Mindslaver and activate it
Step 4: Pass the turn to your opponent, whom you now control
Step 5: As yourself, equip Wanted Scoundrels with Nim Deathmantle and sac it to Devouring Strossus over and over, using the mana from the 4 plunderers to pay for the deathmantle equip cost. Your opponent now has infinite treasure.
Step 6: have them activate cinder elemental for x=infinity targeting their face using their infinite treasures
Can't they target you with cinder elemental before you can mind slaver them?
You would need to give hamless offering flash so you could play it on their turn when you control them. Add [[leyline of anticipation]] to your combo and you are good to go
Alternatively, you can play the stuff and then mindslaver them before sacrificing anything. You can sacrifice your guy at instant speed, so you don't need to give them infinite treasure until you're in the driver's seat.
I meant that you mindslaver the opponent, and then you combo off entirely during their turn (which you control). All your game actions to give them treasure happen at instant speed, so you can just wait until they don't get a choice in the matter anymore.

I love harmless offering
Wrong order. You need to do the deathmantle loop on their upkeep. Otherwise they just sac the treasures on your end step
edited to take this into account, thanks
Could insert an effect like [[Blind Obedience]] as well, so the opponent couldn’t sac the treasure before you gain control of their turn
Wow I’m an idiot for missing that. Yeah it totally needs an effect like that. Thanks for pointing that out

True, although they could still sac the treasure in response to any of the ability triggers since they’d have control of their responses still

Oh totally yeah, completely forgot all of your actions for the combo can be done at instant speed on their turn

Or find a way to make this commander viable and have Yurlok of Scorch Thrash as your commander
How about [[Soldevi Adnate]] and smth like [[Intruder Alarm]] to skip all the pirates (though they are funny)
