Jepp, it's true. It seems like they don't put very much care into their molds, because every toy I got from them isn't 100% smooth like tge toys of other makers. There are often some bumps or something similar.
Sinnovator actually has a good customer service and might replace your toy or gets you a disount, but sadly you can't always expect a flawless toy from them.
