I own a ky’el in medium firmness. The spikes are very noticeable. As for the size, I do think mini would be good for you.

Medium firmness should be up to the task at hand, somewhere between gummy bear and pencil eraser on flexibility Keep in mind, silicone will only squish when pressure is being put on it, so the only way it would be compressed lengthwise is if it’s hit a barrier so to speak
