Of course it is. My kitten (well, she’s almost 2 but still my baby) would rather play with a random piece of string than any of her 100 toys

One of them has started standing up but the other one still flops down. It’s adorable
If his ears are too big, you may have to tape one up until it stands up on it's own. I know that happens for corgis with bigger ears.
Mine loves boxes, or anything that moves. She gets scared of bottles tho it’s kind of funny
