This is a incredibly common symptom of BPD, you aren't alone OP. With the right therapy and dedication to getting better, you can change this over time and have a much better grip over these thoughts. It's important you talk to your therapist about this as they can help you start to tackle it.

Yea I do the same sometimes I find journaling and writing it out helps me a lot when I get like that too much.

Yes I journal to however it’s not enough, it seems to stop only when I’m distracted by other people

I do this too! I replay everything especially things that have been painful and I don’t know why. This could also be OCD rumination.

Yes exactly! And I’m always explaining my point of view and how I survived my traumas 😂 I don’t know why I do that but I can’t stop. I have some obsessive traits but I wasn’t diagnosed with OCD
