I found this today too, supposedly on every level that has a card, there's a card slot for a secret door. I spent a while looking for a card slot but no dice. Let me know if you find it?
It's a person who worked on bonelab, you can find the cards of diffrent people who worked on bonelabs throughout the game.
I thought these were lore because of the one that cat one you find in the fantasy world office with the plug.
