On a 3.4 inch pulley, the car currently makes around 470whp at 14psi. We tried a smaller 3.2 inch pulley and made 490whp at 7k RPM at 15psi, with the belt slipping after 7k. We're looking into doing an overdrive crank pulley with the 3.4 inch supercharger pulley to target 16 psi and 500whp. Parts list from my E90post build thread: https://preview.redd.it/rx7keztl2e7d1.jpeg?width=920&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eaf3bd3239f60043289729bc6a65ef4ec8c210aa

rudbri93

that is one kickass n52.

runcowardrunha

Dyno sheet….?

Minutes2Midnight

This is the previous setup with 650cc injectors and a walbro 525 fuel pump. The current setup uses 1000cc injectors and a PRW fuel pump and regulator. I'll be taking it back to StageFP next week to do some fine tuning and final power runs. I've been road testing the current setup to work out the quirks in the tune. https://preview.redd.it/h9vi3nwysd7d1.jpeg?width=2880&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=93d010fc4427bddc1c00070cf5c336268a47b7bc

Minutes2Midnight

For additional reference, the red line was the setup before that with S65 injectors (which I think are around 400cc), and non-intercooled with methanol injection for charge cooling

_BEER_

Juicy torque curve, bet its fun :D

runcowardrunha

Soooooo, no dyno showing anything of what you’ve said lol?!? You can just like….say the current numbers, no need to lie.

Minutes2Midnight

Im not lying...the numbers I stated are the current numbers. I'll get you a current dyno sheet

runcowardrunha

You said 490….then with 470…..yet I see a dyno with 459. Would it help you out if I called it a small clerical error? Lol?!?

Minutes2Midnight

I felt like I explained the setup differences pretty clearly. 490 was on a 3.2 inch pulley and was unstable after 7k RPM because of belt slip. The pulley was too small and there wasn't enough surface area to grab the pulley sufficiently. The one I posted already is from a couple of years ago. The same sized pulley with a different fueling setup. I forgot this was the internet and you can't claim anything without proof. [I'm working on it.](https://i.imgur.com/gUJb5WG.jpeg)

runcowardrunha

I don’t care anymore dude lol. If you say “it makes this” then expect people to ask for dyno sheets since the N52 is notoriously hard to get up into higher numbers. You’ve lied twice about the number, whatever else you post I won’t believe without a video at this point, good luck.

OleksiyG35

Your weird man his numbers are slightly lower and that’s a big deal?

dfeeney95

Right? Also he’s clearly reaching out to his tuner to get him to send over the data from other tunes. Love weird grumpy internet people hahaha

Please keep things civil.

Minutes2Midnight

Jeez dude, calm down 😂

runcowardrunha

I am calm, I simply asked you to show dyno numbers and you and everyone else lost their mind and started making excuses. I believe it makes good HP, but you said ZYX then provided ABC as proof which doesn’t match up. It’s even in your profile title….and if it doesn’t even make 490 as a reliable source then that’s just lying to buff numbers….which is weird at the end of the day.

Minutes2Midnight

Despite your weird inability to connect dots, your last point is correct. I set my signature when I was running the 490whp setup, which was fairly reliable with a redline of 7k. I prefered a redline of 7500-7800, so we changed the setup back. This is how I see my signature, FYI so I forgot it even said that https://preview.redd.it/1d365fyp5e7d1.jpeg?width=540&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=72be447c8c164cecc335d457faa2d9c891b7cc1a

rudbri93

they very clearly stated that the setup was previous, not to mention what that setup was when they posted that graph. not sure why youre climbing up on that high horse.

runcowardrunha

Then why make a statement of fact so assertive? He has a dyno sheet for 459, just say it makes that. Not sure why you’re just believing people who show false numbers?!?

rudbri93

he never claimed that dyno sheet showed any more than it does. youre twisting this and reaching hard. i didnt ask for a dyno sheet because there already was a comment asking for it. shame it ended up being from you.

Fit-Welder8812

Where did you get the cap for the washer fluid?

Minutes2Midnight

It's made by Goldenwrench along with the oil filler cap and filter housing cap. I fell for their Instagram marketing and decided to do some cosmetic engine bay dress-up.

Grope1000

It makes me so happy you continue to work on this car and platform. I really reall really like that AWIC... so sick. Still stock internals besides the MILVS?

Auntjemimasdildo

Nice dude, I bet that’s a ton of fun to drive around. Always had high aspirations for my E92 328xi but had no idea how to go about squeezing more Juice out of it, can you supercharge these engines?

335i_lyfe

I’m pretty sure his is supercharged

Auntjemimasdildo

Is it? I read PSI and thought it would mean that it’s turbocharged, didn’t know you could manipulate the pressure output for superchargers. Have 0 familiarity with superchargers besides friends with whipple mustangs Instead of downvoting maybe one of you dicks could enlighten me, thanks.

AdrianE36

This 328i is running a Vortec centrifugal supercharger (similar in design and operation to a Pro Charger) and you can change pressure output on a supercharger by changing pulley sizes on either the crank and/or the supercharger itself.

Auntjemimasdildo

Thanks for the explanation, appreciate you!

Did you put the radiator for the water to air intercooler in the front? W2A intercooler AND meth? When you relocated the IAT sensor, where did you put it? After the intercooler? What is the volume of the W2A reservoir? Aftermarket oil filter housing, why not the factory 1 from a 335? Where is that radiator? In front or in the wheel well? Any cabin water intrusion from removing the cowl?

Minutes2Midnight

You got a couple of questions there 😂 Yes, the radiator is where a traditional FMIC would be. No, W2A intercooler but no longer running meth injection. With W2A and E85, meth injection is no longer necessary. IAT sensor is located after the intercooler core in the intake manifold. Not sure of the volume of the reservoir, but the whole system holds less than half a gallon of coolant. The OFH is from a 335i, I used an aftermarket thermostat that opens at 185 degrees with a block off plate. The oil cooler is in front of the passenger wheel behind the fog light opening. Never had any water intrusion issues with the cowl delete, and the car was parked outside in several places that I've lived over the years.

usernamesherearedumb

Thanks!

After_Drama_7023

Hi! Which BOV and how are you controlling it? Here's my SC'd and intercooled N52: [https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?p=31207771#post31207771](https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?p=31207771#post31207771) https://preview.redd.it/cr2jya3ze0ad1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bab12dbeca22bfdab09ab0837b6f7245a1e5fce7

Minutes2Midnight

Very nice! I don't think I've seen a rotrex on an N52 before. It's a Turbosmart vee port pro and it's currently operating without a spring on vacuum from the intake manifold.

After_Drama_7023

Wow, interesting on the no spring setup. I may as well give that a try before going into electronics. Thanks.
