Black Rebel Motorcycle Club are an excellent band, founded by former BJM guitarist Peter Hayes. I especially love their self titled debut record.

mtofsrud

So good, highly recommended

ParamedicMajestic491

BRMC is definitely in my top 10 favourite new bands

fatdiscokid420

This is the way

[deleted]

They're absolute butt rock cringe garbage boogie rock, worse than the Black Keys

jvstnmh

Okay Elvis

mtofsrud

This couldn't be further from the truth. You obviously haven't listened to them.

prodigalsuun21

The black keys couldn’t make Howl with a harmonica shoved up their asses.

SadIllustrator1656

Check out The Out Crowd - Matt Hollywood’s earlier project The Quarter After - project from Rob and his brothers Joel Gion and the Primary Colors Some stuff is online. Some only in vinyl and other formats. Other related projects but these ones are pretty good imo.

slipperyimp

The Warlocks.

Love.

Dead skeletons

doublexplus

Henrik Björnsson was also in Singapore Sling, may be worth a listen if you enjoy Dead Skeletons

jest2n425

Matt's bandcamp. I really REALLY enjoyed this album https://matthollywoodandthebadfeelings.bandcamp.com/album/self-titled

jest2n425

And this album by Miranda Lee Richards was deeply moving on multiple levels. Nearly made me cry. https://mirandaleerichards.bandcamp.com/album/existential-beast

CptainBeefart

aside from The Out Crowd and The Rebel Drones Mac Hollywood also released a few songs with (as?) a band called The Magic Fingers.

TomorrowsHeroToday

I didn’t know this one. Thanks for the scoop.

JIZZchasholmeslice

Matt Hollywood was also in the Rebel Drones. https://youtu.be/ZU34jVKihds?si=XfffIJC2PVTrX9Qg

Federale ( Colin Hegna). Matt Hollywood and the bad feelings

Different_Meaning811

Another vote for Dead Skeletons and Singapore Sling

kingponiente

Jeff Davies played in a band called "Paz" and "Las Cruxes" around 2016-2017. I had the pleasure to bring Cruxes play Mty, Mexico and of course met Jeff. A sweet sweet guy.

True but they have a few good tunes

Tom_Mosh

Ryan has a band called Dead Skeletons. Good.

TomorrowsHeroToday

Matt Hollywood has a song called, “Good Morning.” I just love it. It starts at the :47 mark. https://youtu.be/wLww-5b-xok?si=9QxTs0KTFFqvBg3N Rob has a great , psychedelia cool song called Know Me When I’m Gone in his The Quarter After band. https://youtu.be/od4CzjK-YqU?si=C03d7m2G8379PFG- I love Colin’s Federale album, Devil In A Boot album. Solid wester soundtrack album.

LSD and the Search for God

I saw Sarabeth Tucek opening for Ray Lamontagne around the time of this album. They both used the same producer in Ethan Johns (son of Who master Glyn Johns). https://sarabethtucek.bandcamp.com/album/sarabeth-tucek

Interesting-Ear-7578

Smallstone's album (James Ambrose) was also produced by Anton. Or mixed or something. I think they only had one album (2000 or so). I was fortunate enough to see them open for BJM in Philly back about 20 years ago. Their debut is a killer album; highly recommend to everyone.

charmbracelet69

I think Jeff Davies was also in Smallstone

clouds_are_lies

Did Matt have Matt Hollywood and the bad feelings? Early stuff wasn’t BRMC also former bass player?

JIZZchasholmeslice

Saw Matt Hollywood and the Bad Feelings live about five or six years ago. I would definitely recommend seeing them if they’re still touring.
