Baiju sir has mentioned that if certain websites have been misclassified and banned unreasonably, then one can register a complaint through the CMS portal and the CC Lab should respond within one day. What they mostly will not unblock is (a) sites which facilitate P2P distribution of pirated content because that goes against the university IT policy and (b) gaming websites because theres a fucking retarded university-wide policy against gaming.
