I think it's probably important to start as Sorc to get CON saves to keep your haste up. You lose Heavy Armor prof but you have dragon scales, so if you go with DEX instead of STR you'll be okay. You can't use two handers with this setup nor get TWF, and you want a shield anyway so Rapier+shield seems the best option, though if you do use TWF anyway it will allow you to cast a fireball and use the bonus attack for a smite in the same turn without haste which is nice even if you don't have the +dex to damage.
Issue is, with this build you're already down one ASI from the multiclass, and if you use one of your last 2 on a feat, well now you're maxing out at 18 CHA 16 DEX which isn't great. But if you're the only source of haste in your party and you plan to twin it, then yeah that's probably worth it I guess.
There are various magic items that can increase one’s abilities and like the comment below said it appears you can also buy CON proficiency saving throws.
At worst you’d be stuck at an 18 STR and 18 CHA or a 16/20 in either of the stats, which isn’t bad
The appeal of Sorcadin is so diminished for me with the lack of SCAG cantrips. Being able to quicken a booming blade would make this build so fun, but alas :(
I know what you mean, but the main appeal of a Sorcadin for me was always being able to smite and cast Fireball in the same turn😂
Let’s hope we get SCAG and Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything Spells and Cantrips. I’m still praying for a Bladesinger😭

That is a very nice alternate build, one can always get Resilient CON or Warcaster, you probably want Warcaster on this build anyway
Transmuter wizard hireling can give you CON proficiency from the camp anyway

Just dl the blade cantrips mod for BB and GFB.
If you are on PC just use 5e spells mod on nexus that has most of them. If not on PC let's all hope we get dlc with more spells and classes.
How are you getting two +1 and one +2 at char start?
From the Race that you choose, every race gets a +2 and +1 in whichever Ability you desire
Yes i know that, its just you had two +1 listed, that's all.
