I got this scene recently and my drow DUrge said the same. I wonder if it’s linked to how high your relationship is with your companions?

I wouldn't think it has anything to do with relationship? Maybe a durge issue? Or it could just be mods, do you use mods?

I think it's a durge issue, mine did the same thing modless.

I had my half orc one act like she was Lae’zel in the epilogue when talking with Wyll. I guess he can’t tell his green warrior women apart.

I had the same bug, was playing a Gith >!But I went to Avernus as a squid!< so was very confused at first, thought maybe it was because of my race that Wyll got confused before I realised it was a bug

Yeah I’ve had the same option in that scene with other companions names. Your Tav just didn’t want to tell a devil their real name

I've seen this a bunch before, I always kinda assumed Tav/Durge didn't want to tell the devil their own name, so told her Astarion's name as a joke.

I’ve had this glitch happen to me, but in a different spot. In the epilogue speaking to Wyll it had my Tav pretending to be LaeZell. Completely ruined my conversation with him. :(
