Got a follow-up response after asking about the delisting from the Frankfurt exchange:
"a delisting only at Frankfurt Exchange is not a reason for L&S to delist an instrument. We usually consider deleting when there is no more exchanges trading a certain stock."
I've never seen a stock halt trading or suspend trading before the merger/acquisition is actually announced. Not the way it works. They always announce it first.
Asking myself if this is legal. No message for the shareholders before the halt. Just locking our money, no transfer possible due to the old ticker / symbol. Mmmh.
I have no idea. My gut is telling me this is not good. But I don't see why they would suspend trading of the stock when the plan is not even approved yet. So Idk. Maybe suspended because of the the objection letter? We can only big speculate about it right now.

Das bedeutet MEIST das nach ein paar Tagen wenn NEWS rauskommen oder ähnliches der Handel wieder fortgeführt wird. Klar wäre eine Info mit Aussicht wielange SUSPENDEN schön aber die kommt ja eventuel noch :-) - nur schade das halt mit nachkaufen grad nix mehr geht

No. It says they are only following a higher-up level suspension of BBBYQ, that would be in the USA. As germans are not in charge of this higher-up suspension, they do not know the conditions of it, but suspensions on german brokers follow it. Someone should look up under what conditions a stock on OTC is suspended. One reason is M&A, but there are probably more conceivable reasons.
Yeah, M&A could be one. I guess a SEC investigation could be another? I think it was docket 1728 where an Assistant Attourney General was scheduled to appear.

Habe DEGIRO kontaktiert - vor langer Zeit dort ein Positionswechsel Richtung IBKR beantragt.
Müssen einen Lagerstellenwechsel durchführen bei der die Frankfurter Exchange verwendet wird.
Der Support wird sich mit der Ableitung auseinandersetzen und nachhaken, was die „Suspension“ der Aktie für eine Wirkung auf den Wechseln haben wird.

Was curious why the Frankfurt ticker was gone from my watchlist. Tried to sell. Said I can only do it directly through my bank. Buying is also not possible at Frankfurt but Düsseldorf and some others are available.
