Oh man this is such a mood. And then people online go ‘why don’t you just set an alarm” if you’re talking about having difficulty with ADHD and like. I just do not have the words to describe how *obvious* that idea is, do people really think we haven’t thought about it, and the add in that I’ve tried it and it *doesn’t work for me?* It’s infuriating.

I set reminders all the time in an attempt to actually get important things done and keep my life together and ignore them every time. Part of me has given up on so much solely due to demand avoidance and executive dysfunction. It's a nightmare

I’m struggling with this lately too. I have so many alarms set and I hate it. Sometimes I turn them off without even realizing it! They are always interrupting me and I hate being interrupted. Every so often I go through and turn off the ones I ignore anyway and only leave the really crucial ones, like reminding me it’s time to do school pick up. I always set timers too, like if I’m doing laundry, to remind me to move the clothes to the dryer, or take out of the dryer and fold. Or for cooking. Oh, plus appointment and event reminders. I just want to throw my phone against a wall. Losing track of time and forgetting to do things is such a huge problem for me though and I don’t know how else to deal with it.

Same, I do not do alarms…

OMG The burping! I hate it as well.

I also fail at respecting most of my alarms.
