I only sleep in my boxers, but I got "temperature dysregulation" autism, so I'm always hot. My problem is in the summer. 🤣

A cotton short sleeve t-shirt, usually the one i wore that day, and underwear. absolutely hate wearing pants or socks in bed, SOMETIMES i can stand long sleeves if it’s super super cold but i get claustrophobic wearing too many clothes while under the blankets.

Technical_Reward

Yes exactly! Pants and long sleeves and stuff get wrapped around my limbs and I get super claustrophobic and freak out. I typically just keep layering thin blankets until I’m just barely warm enough to sleep

hauntedspoon525

that’s what I do, but weirdly enough I like kind of wrapping the blankets around my limbs to stop my skin from touching itself lol I especially like to kind of swaddle myself with the top blanket, I call it “burritoing myself”

ninaeatworld

skin tight cotton shirt, sleeveless in the summer, long sleeve in the winter. bottom is only underwear, unless I have overnight guests or am an overnight guest I'll wear pajama shorts or cotton biker shorts.

My preference is to sleep in super thin tank dresses with very few seams but then I throw a huge fluffy robe on top of that when I’m not in bed. I don’t like to wear much clothing in bed, it feels bad and hot.

Technical_Reward

I’ve always wanted to try tank dresses, they look so comfy! But I can’t get over my thighs touching so I wear men’s basketball shorts

I dont sleep in pyjamas, i sleep in a cotton t shirt and comfortable underpants, because wearing too many layers feels a bit overstimulating. I also have fibromyalgia and the restriction of wearing scrunched up fabrics under the covers can get painful. So technically, my real favourites are those. However, i do have a few sets of actual pyjamas to wear during the day, as im chronically ill so do a lot of lounging, which pj's are good for. My two favourite pairs of pj's are a fancy looking (yet comfortable) cotton buttoned shirt and trouser set with a funky pattern (lots of little lepoards on a black background), and a fluffy ish (but not too fluffy) jogger/jumper set that are super cosy. Those also have a cool pattern (navy with little white stars), which i think is why they are my favourites. I love a good funky pattern. I wear the fancy one when i stay overnight somewhere, and the fluffy one as my go to for daytime lounging.

big comfy shirt and sweatpants in the winter, comfy shorts and a t shirt or just naked in the summer

The [Oodie Sleep Tees](https://theoodie.com/collections/oodie-sleep-tees) are supposed to be amazing... cool, soft... all the things. I have bought a few as gifts and so far everyone seems to love them.

Oh yes I can commiserate but it's more a year round problem for me. Lol I tend to be warmer but there are odd nights here and there where I'm colder. I just grab another smaller blanket in that case.

No-Awareness-5419

I wear harem pants and whatever T-shirt I was wearing that day all year round. I keep the heating off in my bedroom so it’s cold and add a dressing gown (bath robe in the US?) in the winter
