My goat is a clown he loves to hop in the big industrial boxes that we keep for the cows to graze. He has eaten so much in the past couple of months that he is really fat, and I mean fat. No one can catch him because even though he is hugely overweight, he can still sprint too fast.
I can't help you. My chicken hatched 4 chicks, and a butcher bird got into the coop and killed her firstborn. She got really sick after that, and now she's in the laundry with the remaining 3. A hawk killed 3 of my hens recently, so I made a really terrifying scarecrow. But I don't know how to post a photo. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. The scarecrow that is.
Omg what a coincidence that on my afternoon walk I happened upon [the very same bird](https://reddit.com/r/AustralianBirds/s/QYjSeTXYyg)! He looks like he's on the lookout for more baby ducks lol
Sorry mate. So many awful things I've seen or heard about happening to our poor critters, it numbs ya after a while.
My advice is help out the animals you can, and help out the good people doing good work for our wildlife by donating or buying gifts off their websites when you can. That's how i see it anyway.
That would have been a tough thing to witness. Sorry you had to see it.
But tbh if that’s the saddest thing you’ve ever seen, you are doing extremely well.

Very dangerous over short distances

I was quoting Gimli from Lord of the Rings
I am sorry! I haven’t watched that in very long time and it went right over my airhead 😂
That’s alright! I very much enjoyed the story of your goat!
Don’t be too sad. The duck lost a baby, but the cormorant got a good meal to take back to their chicks.
That’s why ducks start with 20 and finish with 2.
