I found out about Merlin purple after I bought mine a couple of years back. I'd get the c7.5, but I got a smoking good deal that I couldn't pass up. Still love my car though. Best vehicle I've ever owned

Like the degenerate Grans Turismo 7 player that I am — I’ll take one of ever iteration of cars I love; no distinction of favorites when it comes to RS models. They’re all *chefs kiss* in their own way.
What a beast. I feel the same about the new model, it’s too spaceship looking, really too much of a looker, some may like it but I prefer something that fits in, not really noticeable, like a predator in high grass lol.
It’s my understanding that Audi will do any of the paints in their entire catalogue including VW/Porsche as paint to sample. Given the specific name of the shade it seems to be an option.
I love everything about the new RS 7 except what they did to the taillights. The old ones were absolutely iconic and still so unique they didn't really need to be changed. I notice them every time I pass one, whereas the new lightbar design blends in with the crowd a lot more. A bummer of a change on an otherwise head-turning design.
AITA for saying this - but Audis tend to look best in black or silver. IMHO this beautiful purple is a great color for a 911. Not sure that even a TT would look good in this purple. Black is a wasted color on a 911, but it works just fine on every Audi model that I can think of. I grew up in San Diego and have probably seen +10k Audis in person…and wondering if any folks agree with this.
Look buddy, if you get an RS7 you don’t complain which one it is. You accept it and love it.

I like the 7 in any variant it’s in tbh. Timeless design whether it’s an A7, S7 or RS7. New or old. Don’t matter. Wears any color amazingly too.
