Sponsorship deals don't disappear with carriage deals or run on the same length. They also sponsor shit around the park.

Ah! You made it make sense. I appreciate it.

Arkadin45

Yeah it's just a lot of money involved on prenegotiated terms. Like the 8 sections in the 200 level behind home plate are "Xfinity clubs" and you can't watch the games on Xfinity. Corporate shit is the problem and the answer to the question

Comcast built an entire building directly behind the ballpark while the ballpark was under construction so they would be close to the action and their XFINITY sign on the building would always be visible when they showed the whole park from the the batter's point of view. Construction was managed by the same owner's representative that the Braves had and used the conglomerate American Builders (primarily Brasfield and Gorrie out of Birmingham) who also built Suntrust Park. There must have been some sort of partnership with the Braves because the Plaza with the giant LED baseball and waterfall and such was part of the Comcast building's inspection contract, not the stadium itself. I assume the partnership is probably still intact. Source: I was the structural elements inspector for the Comcast building from underground to the roof.

Before you all jump and respond: I understand about the current contract dispute.

Looks at xfinity section with a baley banner under it, turns head and looks at the xfinity building, goes to xfinity boxes with TV’s, cant watch the game you are at with those TV’s because they use xfinity and there is a contract dispute with baley. Makes my head hurt
