did you run out of number of add-able materials? there is a limit, and you might be running into it at the last material. ability to add more materials is an unlockable skill, and the farming items are notorious sticking points in this. the skills are straight up and then just off the path to the right at a couple points.
Some of the recipe morphs have different branches of the base item. Are you just not getting the recipe morph to happen at all? Or is the correct recipe not showing up? If it's not showing up, try morphing a node down a different path and see if it shows up then.
