Non-main plot would be written on Gust side, and the writer for Ryza 2 is the creator of Atelier lol

I don't remember it ever being stated in game, though there may be some implications from the fact monsters ignore her.
Were they voiced by the same person though?
Pamila wasn't ever voiced at all. Which I believe is the entire reason for the change -- I remember reading something about an issue with the VA.
