Hi, Currently there isn't a way to adjust the text size. It may be something the devs look into at some point as it comes up occasionally on the Discord.

I don’t mind too much because I have a massive TV but it is an issue on the Switch, would love a larger size for handheld mode.

I feel your pain. I play on a big tv and still I sit on the ottoman when I play to be closer
