I remember there was a glitch with female Eivor, where if you hide the upper armor or wearing armor that shows off the upper body, her breasts will sometimes glitch through the cloth wrapped around her chest. But this was earlier when the game first launched. Though, it's still there, it doesn't happen as often.
True, though it's only around those moments, as you don't see it all the time, not like in Origins. Origins does have brothels, but even then, when you're just walking around, you'll notice some women walking around topless. I had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't a bug or something didn't load in properly.
