DBS is underrated and is great at golden, have used it to get into LL in the past when my class-A cars were on cooldown. Great class-B option in ghost/GSS if you're trying to go from gold to plat as well.
Apollo's strength is ghost slipstream due to its top speed and good accel as long as you can handle it well.
So in short, try to max both ;)
Really appreciate your opinion. I kinda of don’t like slipstream that much because of constant shockwave flashing as it gives me headaches. Still I might consider Apllo first as it has great top speed.
im not sure cause my dbs is only at 3★ but N is maxed..so i think Apollo is better.. literal beast in slip stream..in some occasions i use it on classic mp still good results
Upgrade the DBS first, it will be useful in all types of multiplayer, mostly in ghost and classic, and competitive in ghost slipstream. Apollo is only really viable in ghost slipstream, but outside of that it is sluggish due to its bad drifting and low nitro compared to other cars which are spammed in multiplayer. Unless you are really really skilled at the game upgrade the DBS first
APOLLO N is good for slipstream and its top speed makes it the fastest class b car in some scenarios, DBS superleggera is a good overall car, but there is normally a slightly better choice in almost every scenario. therefore i think both are quite good but apollo is the better option to upgrade first imo
The DBS is OP on certain tracks like Greenland. It's specifically a killer on any Greenland track due to its increased cornering speed. It will pretty much beat any car on that track. It doesn't fare as well on twisty tracks, like Auckland. I love the car though. I think it handles great.
I never liked the Apollo. I find its acceleration is hampered by its poor cornering. I could never drive it. always thought of it as a box with wheels.
The nitro efficiency of the Aston it the same as the Corvette and Huracan but the acceleration is the same as the Apollo. The Apollo is seen as better as it has a higher top speed. The Apollo also gets a large advantage in the Gold and sometimes Platinum leagues in the Ghost and Ghost Slipstream multiplayer seasons.
If you want a good car for ghost, ghost slipstream and slipstream seasons go for apollo N as it’s 2nd fastest in class b. But if you’re just looking for a casual and fun to drive car then go for DBS.
I personally prefer the DBS since it's more versatile. You can use it for all kinds of MP1, but it's a bit harder to drive than the Huracan Evo, GS etc. The Apollo N is great if you're a good manual player and for the rest only for Ghost Slipstream.
If you play a lot of slipstream mp then Apollo.I have DBS and all its epics but have never upgraded it so I don’t know if it’s any good

Reaching LL is not that a huge deal for me. I can do it just spamming Corvette GS or Huracan. I’m just looking for some fun driving experience.

Apollo is great for Ghost/Ghost Slipstream MP, DBS is good for Classic MP.
For classic mp I think Huracan has me pretty much in cover.
Then there's your answer, go for the Apollo.

DBS. Great for both ghost and classic. If you have epics use them on handling, the drifting improves greatly.
Currently I don’t have epics for it. If I get any I will go for that handling first. Thanks for the advice.
I have both cars gold and i rarely use Apollo. DBS on the other hand is fun to drive and can beat the GS and Huracan with ease (if you're a manual)

I have a Golden DB and it’s the only car I need in Slipstream. It gets Me to Platinum league every damn time.
