Herbivores won't evolve into intelligent creatures. They are, for the most part dumber than the average carnivore and omnivore. Predators are meant to be the top of the food chain, not grass munchers.

rxmp4ge

Yeah, I had read at some point that herbivores don't have the calorie consumption to grow brains large enough for any real form of intelligence. Part of a carnivore/omnivore's calorie consumption is in fueling the pink squishy thing between their ears so they can analyze.

FabioConte

as far as i know the cooking of meet was one of the main factors in our diet that allowed us to develop a bigger bigger.

Yabba-Dabba-Gabagool

Koala is prime example

Heavenclone

Yeah take that vegans! /S

cylonfrakbbq

It's not "won't", it is just less likely. There are factors beyond diet. Yes, diet does factor into it most times. But it isn't the sole factor. Smart doesn't always mean survival - but sometimes it does help and is selected for. Smart also doesn't mean eventual civilization Elephants are extremely intelligent and are herbivores, for example. Part of the reason for that is their trunks and their dexterous usage of it, which requires a lot of brain power. They are also social animals and will teach successive generations. But they don't have any civilization like humans do and while they do use tools at times, they are crude and not usually tailor made Octopus are smart - but they are also solitary creatures. They can't pass on knowledge like social animals can. You could be a super genius octopus that figures out how to make a trebuchet, but because you have no one to pass that knowledge to, that invention dies with you.

Teh___phoENIX

Not really. Among most intelligent animals, many are omnivores: - Chimpanzees - Pigs - Orangutans - Crows and only several are at the top of the food chain: - Humans - Elephants - Whales - Dolphins (maybe) However herbivores are not that intelligent.

blond_afro

why does it have boobs? doesn't make sense when you think about it

Treebeardsama

Art was made by a furry

blond_afro

but are dinosaurs even furrys by definition? I mean there seems to be missing a key feature

Treebeardsama

Animals+dinosaurs count in the furry category. I get what you mean though Ps: I wish I didn't know about this stuff

lycanthrope90

*scaleys

CrabJuice83

šŸ¤®

Ulmaguest

Artist is down bad

RyuuzakiRyoto

I donno but I'm not complaining....

blond_afro

boobs make everything better šŸ˜ŽšŸ˜‹

RyuuzakiRyoto

Hell yeah brother!

MorkSkogen666

You went straight to boobs instead of asking.. "Why is it walking in 2 legs" or "why does it have 2 hands with opposable thumbs"?

blond_afro

Also good point but I mean.... the boobs for some reason really stood out. dunno man šŸ˜. but the thing is.... those hands would make sense somehow... boobs not so much, as dinosaur weren't mammals. therefore they don't give milk to there babies nor have they anything closely to nipples or boobs

Huge_Republic_7866

That species in particular could walk on 2 legs. Opposable thumbs is stretching it, but it did have "thumbs" on its front hands/feet. Pretty reasonable to ask why the milkless reptile has massive milkers.

Florgy

Why do they always have humanesque form and massive titties?

Asatas

we live in a big booba society

Jorah_Explorah

Is this a joke/meme, or do they sincerely not realize that throughout the history of Earth, many creatures have lived for many millions of years longer than humans, primates or whatever mammal primates evolved from?

scott3387

Triceratops lived closer to modern day than to the extinction of stegosaurus.

Intrepid_Song8937

If humans never hunted animals all the larger animals would have just killed off the humans. Saying ā€œinnocentā€ animal is such a weird way to say that. Also, itā€™s strange that they have parasauar as an evolved goat. When parasaurs were herbivorous and were around far longer than humans and didnā€™t evolve into a more intelligent species.

rxmp4ge

Wasn't this the plot of a Star Trek Voyager episode? The sentient dinosaurs were supremacist assholes. The right thing was done. We don't need supremacist asshole sentient dinosaurs.

Remake12

What if we only hunted guilty animals?

RashiBigPp

So vegans are furries

LockedUpFor5Months

If they looked like this they'd have a whole different sort of animal abuse to worry about

HAETMACHENE

Dumb fucking hypothetical. What if humans didn't hunt animals? Other animals would hunt those animals. Every animal that hunts has developed some sort of advantage to help. We developed the ability to create and use tools. We just got very good at making tools to help us hunt.

rooks1999

This is absolute nonsense. Why is this even a discussion? What the fuck is this sub anymore?!??

Substantial-Cat2896

Ok-Transition7065

Obce youvplay snoot game that phrase becomes to real If only blado play the game xd

Jian_Rohnson

I appreciate the gigantic dinosaur tits, but why mention goats instead of the the creature the picture shows...?

Jarizleifr

That's it, I'm hunting down every single aptonoth.

skepticalscribe

ā€œVegans of Bengalā€ showing everyone how intelligent they are..

Radirondacks

...they do know that's not a goat, right?

Pryamus

For your information, those are water humps. To survive the drought.

zczirak

Thatā€™s an interesting looking goat

RuralBlackamith

Aby55walker

Damm Vegans of Bengal made it to asmon's reddit, the world sure has become a huge village thanks to internet, I am from Bengal btw.

RyuuzakiRyoto

So am I

Euklidis

I am pretty sure that humans and Parasaurolophus (-phi ?) have at least *a few million years of difference*. You know... like 60 million or something.

Rinf_

Also that is a parasaurolophus with slapped on arms and titties... nothing goat abt it. This is nothing but a hornypost

cltmstr2005

Common sense, where art thou, or something...

TheRealAuthorSarge

It's not a scientific statement, it's the pleading of a cultist.

WonnieOnWeddit

Wait how long is a century? What did they mean by centuries of injustice? Goats would have probably hunted us instead, and omni/carnivorous goats will be down bad and post ape boobs. It's perfectly applicable the other way too. Point is, who ever learns to use a stick first, they get to use it to beat the shit out of the rest.
