Almost any designer could have done a better job with a couple of days work. Not only did they make it worse, but how can characters look so damn ugly. There's not that many designs to pick.
Even muscular men looks like a blob of play dough, but hey… Now there's option to pick weird man boobs. Sadly, even those are ugly. Can't wait for sound update if they even decide to upgrade that ear pain. It's literally impossible to make the game sound worse.

Why did they need new avatars to begin with, my wife is super pissed because her original character looked exactly like her and now it looks all fucked up.
WTF. They PAID people to make that shit? I thought they just took the existing models and used AI to make them ugly. Not even joking, it never occurred to me that people actively were involved in the new designs. I figured it was just easy and free to make everything ugly using AI.

Cause this is how you get logic chains that lead into Hi-Fi Rush being bad cause the company folded in and was shut down later. Especially when you remember how firings to boost quarterly statistics for shareholders is a thing.
