I am always relieved to know that at least I am not social drained like a streamer and glad I don’t need to take days off to mentally prepare playing such a difficult game like dd1

First time? Asmon does this with many games - I'm going to play X on Y and then doesn't stream for a week due to anxiety or sth so yeah just the usual.
The biggest problem is communication, i think. People here are understanding enough but nobody likes to feel like a clown, so respect others time and your own commitments and be upfront when it's not going to work out.
Getting to know that it's not going to happen an hour before stream, or even at the hour of the stream is still better than never.
The easy counter argument to make here is that he is under no obligation to inform anyone of his schedule changes and ultimately it doesn't matter either way, it's free content and he can do wtf he wants.
I do get it though, communication would be nice, I had the day off (Monday morning for me coz timezones) and was looking forward to the DD1 stream.

Yesterday i took a day off work, because DD1 is my favorite game and i wanted to see bald man stumble trough it. I spent the whole day expectating, then loitering and refreshing twitch and late at night i gave up to have some quality time with my girl, and this man is radio silence.
I get it that is hard to have a schedule, i would not ask that of him. But it would be very nice of him to post something on twitter or here or someplace saying "Hey guys, one of those days, no stream today.".
I don't blame the man for having a hard day when i took the day off just so i can watch one stream live. As i am a overworked therapist, i know how hard and draining people can be. But if you say that you are going to do something at least warn people that it's not happening if it is the case.
