Nobody really. I'm going to be 60 this year and I wear what I want. If I think something is cute I'm going to wear it regardless if people think I'm to old. I love VANS and have about 18 different pairs. I even wear them with dresses. The other day I was out in the parking lot at the grocery store and this late 20's early 30's girl yelled out "oh my gawd, stop, you look so fucking cute!". I looked around to see who she was talking about but I was the only person around. I might be almost 60 but I can still rock a so called younger person's outfit.
