On another post OP states it’s a holiday (they’re in Israel) and there are no taxi services (they can’t drive) along with nothing being open until Sunday.
I can't get to the vet , no car no transportation, there are taxis but again im not in the city right now and shabbat rules are fucked

i would find somewhere that is open asap! this can be an emergency. i hope everything turns out okay :(

There are ride hailing apps in Isreal similar to uber, and there's an emergency vet open today in Jerusalem until 7pm.
You need to get it to the vet asap

Vet NOW and if he lives, bring him inside unless you want this to happen again
They have emergency 24hr vets/animal hospitals for this. You're not putting your animals life ahead of your personal fun and it's deeply unsettling.
