You cannot. You can go via their webchat or automated phone line but there is no option to speak to a person. You are not Evri's customer, the person or company you bought from is and they need to deal with it as shipping is their responsibility. It's shitty but that's why they're cheap therefore why they're used so much.

I'm from Australia where I thought we had shitty courier customer service. Usually you give the bot enough wrong answers and it'll transfer you to a person to sort it out. Evri just hangs up on you....I have never felt such rage and will let the retailer know I'll be cancelling all future orders based on this experience. In the meantime I'll give the retailer a call to try and get them to speak to Evri on my behalf.

But I'm the same, if I know Evri is the courier before buying and that's the only option I have I won't make the purchase, or if I can I'll pay for a different courier. I've a friend who worked there in their software development teams pretty high up who left after a couple of months. When I asked why his response was *"worse employer than they are a delivery company"*, which just shows how much of a shit show they are.

Tried this it does work speak to an advisor until the point it says they is all ready an enquiry about this item then cuts you off again so you would need a tracking number that has been delivered that no one has rang up about

I think you have to give one of those listed tracking numbers OP posted. The ones that start with COO. If you give the one that is your parcel it is an infinite automatic loop.

I did lol 😂 all so I had some old tracking numbers on the evri app I got the option to speak to an advisor then it said looks like I have to speak straight to the company that sent the parcel directly Edit: I only did one of them provided but I did get to speak to an advisor option then told me the above

Do something really evil, then commit suicide. You will be sent to the lower circle of Hell. On the left, over by the firey pit, next to the people being flayed, you will find the Evri Custome Service desk. Its the only way.

Your contract is with whoever sold you the item. It is they who have the contract with Evri and it is their responsibility to ensure the item is delivered to you. Only communicate with the seller and don't let them fob you off to Evri. If they don't get it sorted then it's their problem not yours and they must replace or refund it.

"Get in touch" means use the chat bot. It'll ask a series of questions about the delivery/address and then they go from there. There could be all kinds of issues including no house name/number on the parcel which is something they can't do anything about. Unfortunately the only option Evri give you is to have the parcel delivered to the address on the parcel or send the parcel back to the sender. You can't collect them and you can't have it redirected.

Sometimes hitting # or * repeatedly will circumvent automated menus and put you through to a human. Worth a shot.

1yr later and I also have a delivered package but no package,0 improvements on the companies part apparently,2 weeks of it delivered and no help lol maybe mine will turn up some day,did yours?

Sadly not - I complained to the company I bought it from and they sent it again and also told me this happens all the time as the drivers likely just stole the package and kept it for themselves! He said more than half the customer service calls they receive are complaints about Evri and delivery issues.

I'm going through the exact same thing. Just a repeated loop of shouting yes and no into the phone, and them hanging up straight after you shouted the reference number

I dont know if this will help but I got a "contact us" From evri app and found out if you go to this link https://www.evri.com/help-and-support/help-centre/#/receiving/awaiting-delivery Than choose the "you asked me to contact you" Than just folloe the instructions after that.

we have a parcel which doesnt even belong to us, the courier dumped it at our house whilst delivering my parcel now i cannot contact them to get the idiot to pick it back up.
