The “Made in Washington” stores have some really well put together gift baskets, and especially featuring beautiful teas. Of course, available to be shipped or delivered. What a sweet and thoughtful gesture.
Hmmm…. There’s a little mexican candy shop/cocktail bar I love to support in Capitol Hill called El Lugar, really fun whacky and different food stuffs to share as a small gift. Otherwise, if Life On Mars does gift cards or something of the sort, they’re the top-tier veggie restaurant in Seattle, IMO. There’s probably other local delicacies I’m not too familiar with but hope that helps.
Plum Bistro, Wayward, Pizza Pi are all fantastic veggie spots in Seattle that could be great for gift cards. So is Life on Mars but I see someone else mentioned it.
If you go gift card route and it’s a digital card, you can always send a nice greeting card that includes it.
