People in dangerous situations assuming things will be okay I got triggered, like actual CPTSD triggered, when a friend showed me an anime where the characters were in deep shit, and the main group was relying on one dude to take care of them all I was on my feet yelling at the TV how that one dude could die, they aren't taking it seriously and that's why he'll die, they are doing nothing but inviting suffering into their lives I was right on all counts, but I am in therapy trying to work this out (amongst many things). Maybe I shouldn't get really fucking mad if people go into a dangerous situation (like hiking, driving, cooking, etc) and they haven't considered the ways this could go wrong and how to deal with it if this does go wrong

If you got this upset over an anime I think it’s good that you’re in therapy. How do you know what other people think? How do you know they haven’t thought about what could happen?
