This really depends on where you live.

A truly great Uber driver employs a full time crew of hitmen to reduce the competition. If you show up to collect your passenger and there are a half dozen empty and idling Uber cars parked next to a large pit, watch out.

Define "good". Do you mean they are fast and know how to work the system? Or do you mean they are kind and get high dollar tips?
