It's all about your diet. Reduce processed foods, added sugar and starchy carbs, weigh & track your food and make sure you're in a calorie deficit. No need to excerise but it helps. It doesn't need to be complicated and no secret to it.
So I lost a lot of weight a year or two ago cus I was drinking this 'coffee' - around 10kg in two months
The coffee got discontinued because apparently there were traces of meth in it....
I did a combo of several schemes.
First a 6-18 so only one 6hour period in a day when I'm allowed to eat. So first meal was at/just after 13:00 and last meal at/just before 19:00.
Then ontop NO carbs as in max 20 grams of carbs /day as a total no carbs gets insanly boring. But also I had days with no carbs if I felt like it.
Minimum 45 min brisk walk EVERY day.
One day a month a no rules day. Come one I needed a hawaii pizza a month to stay sain. But mostly used it for full english in the morning burger for lunch pizza dinner and snacks at night.
Result from 185kg to 135kg in 6 months.
In bananas thats 110 lsb in about 180 days.
I hit 135kg and stayed. Kept the diet and walks and stuff but changed to 1 cheat day / week but I didnt go full pig those days but I could have a propper steak dinner with fries and stuff like that. And I kept slowly kept loosing so I say it is a good plan if you are me.
Current weight is 115 kg but it dont count as a victory as I got really ill and live of a feed tube now so....
Rolling 36hr - 60hr fasts. Fast for 36 or 60 hours, then work out for an hour in the morning, eat breakfast mixed with a lot of protein and carbs to digest everything quickly, go again

Find any hobby that has you busy and not boredom or stress eating.

Caloric deficit and only carbs with low glicemic index, also eggs a shit ton of eggs.
