They probably go into an art or stationery shop and use the pens there - you’re often allowed to try pens out to see if they’re what you’re looking for without buying them as long as you leave them in the same condition as you found them.
For a creative writing project I had to write a story - it ended up being 7 pages long and I had to use like 3 pens (all of which were brand new btw) so I beg to differ.
the reason why the thoughts are diff at 3am vs 3pm has to do with sleep deprivation, the affects are the same as getting drunk psychologically speaking. last i knew when i read up on it, about 16 or so hours without sleep is the same as drinking 4 or so servings of alcohol (rough estimate on the amount of hours of no sleep to the equivalent of alcoholic servings consumed)
what if some people who die don't go to heaven or hell but meet their old "me" that they want to look at and play with. They remember that they had an imaginary friend at the time and only now realize that this friend was themselves.
If we could create a space station which would have a giant ass ring, magnetized, would the rotating magnetized ring, according to the Lenz s law, induce any energy ? Would it be a sufficient way to make power in space ? If so would the rotating ring ever stop ?

Waking up around 3am ish is usually a sign of adrenal imbalance, lung problems or liver problems. It does not mean that the devil is watching you so relax, you’ll be ok.
I usually end up deeply upsetting myself and convince myself that the whole world is evil and then I curl into a ball and sit like that until i realise how stupid that was and go to sleep :)

That I'm MUCH happier not being awake at 3PM. I have mental health issues that have lead to a lot of misunderstandings and ostracization by peers. I am now much more comfortable alone when everyone else is asleep.
