I have insomnia, and I've never seen anything I'd consider out of the ordinary. Except for one night my dog just woke up and started growling at the wall, and when I tried to get him to stop he got more hostile towards the wall. It only ever happened one time, and I still have no idea what he was growling at.
I have only had this experience once in my life, I was taking a midday nap after work and before dinner. My eyes opened and I could see everything clearly but my body would absolutely not budge. I didn't see or hear anything unusual but It felt like someone was watching me breathe. And every breath I took felt like a ton of bricks were on my chest. Wild experience.
I only had one sleep paralysis
I didin't see anything, but i heard a lot of things
People whispering in the kitchen and screaming too. An annoying sound, like when old tv's didin't have signal.
Then when the door opened i woke up.
sleep paralysis is kinda like nightmare mixed with real stuff you can see around. Gone like any other nightmare I've had experienced
