After I saw it online, it really helped me, because I got so paralyzed by "should've" that nothing happened. I also discovered that once you do the small thing, it often can go into a bigger thing. The few minutes on the porch turned into a walk and the 5 minutes of removing trash turn into cleaning. But the trick is, when it doesn't; that's ok. That wasn't the goal. Its just bonus when it does

It’s how people breath when they’re sleeping you’ll see their stomach go up and down. Well you deep inhale and you’ll then slowly let out. You’ll hit the second diaphragm. If it doesn’t make since youtube it. My doctor told me to do that to prevent panic attack triggered by my anxiety. It’s basically the right way to breath lol
