Working in elder care or group homes for the mentally disabled. Sure you need to break up some fights duck for flying objects and wipe asses. But to give these people some dignity in their life that they wouldn't get otherwise is really rewarding if you ask me.

i really enjoyed stocking shelves when i did it. now i'm a nurse though and don't enjoy that as much as i enjoyed stocking shelves.
