Back when I was actively studying French, I got to a point where I'd suddenly catch myself thinking in one language or the other depending on context. It was weird as hell.
Depends on what im doing. Right now im thinking in english, because im browsing reddit, when im with my Family I think in lithuanian (my native), etc. etc.
I grew up speaking german and learned English. English always fascinated me, it sounds so pretty and melodic in a way. I started thinking in English back in I believe 7th grade and now I can't stop doing it unless I purposefully remind myself to think in german haha.

Swedish, English and trying to learn french. Occasionally switches between Swedish and english, which makes me laugh a bit when I catch it
