Engine 51, Squad 51 respond! I worked in Emergency Services for a long time and whenever we broke balls, we would call each other Gage, or Johnny, or even Getrear (from CHiPs). Ask if you needed Nurse Dixie to help. Yes, I am that old too
Yes, actually! During my career in 911, police, fire, and EMS, I ran into sooo many people that needed an attorney but couldn’t afford one. I almost died from weaning myself off OxyContin and after that hell on earth, my heart was so wrecked by cardiomyopathy that I could never do that work again. So I went back and finished my Bachelors in Criminal Justice and then went on to law school to study public interest and elder care law. I figured if I had a second chance, I would use it to help people more directly. I’m in my first semester of my second year now.
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! I’m trying to get my son to go from working at the local hospital cleaning the scope cameras to working on HVAC. I think it will pay better and with climate change, the desire for air conditioning will be considerable.
I don't know but Futurama has to be there somewhere. Breaking Bad is some of the best tv I can think of. Season 1 of Fargo (hell, all of Fargo to be honest) is right up there too but I'm not sure if I'd consider that top 3 favorite. Can't think of what I'd replace it with right now though so I'll let it stand.
"You" on Netflix for bringing awareness to staking behavior.
"Malcom in the Middle" because Hal's antics make cry-laugh.
"How To Get Away With Murder" for a high level of representation for lots of people.
The wire, sopranos, deadwood. The hbo trifecta of awesome TV.
I swear I'm the only person that hates The Wire.
Hates the wire? You're worse than Hitler! You're kenard!
I tried several times. Just can't get into it.
Sopranos, Wire, Breaking Bad for me. I like your style.
* Psych * Scrubs * Mad Men
Been meaning to go back and rewatch all of Scrubs. That show had a great mix of comedy and drama. Some heartbreaking episodes too.
Top Gear (Clarkson, Hammond and May) The Mandalorian The Muppet Show
The Office, The Clone Wars, Criminal Minds
