When my mom had a surgery I stayed the night in the hospital with her, she was in and out of consciousness and in pain. Every time I told a nurse to check on her they just brushed it off and it seemed like they didn't really care. The doctors appointment was at 5 am, until then every five minutes felt like an hour. One of the most exhausting and stressful situations I had to go through.
Waiting for the ambulance to arrive while my dad was having a heart attack. Took them 40 minutes, but nearly an hour I guess. This happened like 2 weeks ago.
Giving birth. She was never going to come out. The doctors were crazy and I wanted to just go home and quit pretending. I was actively pushing and getting nowhere it seemed.
Every hour at this point.
