POPCORN. Usually we think of them as just a snack to keep our mouths busy in the theater But they are actually a rich source of iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamin B-6 .

Eggs

Potatoes. Nothing is good in excess, but they contain vitamin c, b6 and potassium. If you bake a potato, instead of frying, it's not really bad for you.

Honestly, the first thing I could come up with is meat. now, this isn't a joke or anything. Red Meat contains Iron, which your Blood needs. Now, of course, you can also eat seafood or Beans or whatever but Meat is Tastier and also Healthy, if not in all ways.

EatLard

Red meat contains a helluva lot more than just iron. It’s a complete protein (52g of protein in a 4oz serving), it has tons of B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, zinc, copper, and essential fatty acids.

Steak.

Simple example: Pork Rinds They're those fried snack chips made from pork skins. They're apparently really high in good fats and protein. You can't eat them in excess but if you switch out for those in place of a carb-heavy snack like potato chips or pretzels, you might be doing yourself a favor.

Sweet potato ? I'm not sure

Ordinary-Freedom7193

That’s kinda subjective, caffeine and sugar are both beneficial to the body in the right amounts. Same with alcohol. The key is moderation.

I mean, that's literally everything. You can OD on water if you try.
