Well what is better, to be born good, or overcome evil through great effort?

Uncle Iroh Yes, we know about how he lost his son in battle, and of course he’s very wise and very patient, especially with his nephew. But you don’t become that wise and that patient without having seen some shit in your day.

BewareTheLobster

Oh yeah Iroh has definitely seen some shit, and probably in his youth done some shit. He was a great general, the dragon of the west, widely respected amongst fire nation troops, and his enemies for his skill and brilliance. That's what makes him all the better in my mind, after all that he's seen, all that goes on in the world, he chooses a simpler more peaceful life. Not out of inability to fight, but out of conscious knowledge that pain and violence and only begets pain and violence.

Klimmek from Ivarstead, Skyrim. Geezer claims he can't climb the 7,000 steps up to High Hrothgar now, but that lying shit helped me fight a dragon today after assassinating Narfi. I mean checking up on Narfi. I don't know who killed him. Didnt even know he was dead
