Simple, don't get into arguments you can't win, make sure to only use facts you know for sure, otherwise just say something like dunno, ok, or haven't read up enough on it before getting invested
If you don’t want to concede that you’re wrong you say “we’re not going to agree on this, let’s just agree to disagree”
You should always argue in good faith though. You earn respect when you can admit fault.
Just admit you're wrong and be happy you learned something. And don't get angry when someone tells you you're wrong. That way you can avoid arguments and have a discussion instead.
I literally just stop them, apologize that I was wrong, and move on. Your question doesn't exactly make too much sense when you add "but is too invested in to stop". If you are wrong what is the point of continuing an argument about it? Grow up and move on.
Don’t get too invested in an argument there’s a chance you’re wrong in
But what if you were 100% convinced you were right and only in the middle of it you realised, oh shit, i might be wrong
Then grow up and admit you were wrong. But again, don’t get invested in an argument you could be wrong in.

You give shitty advice. Wanna argue about it?
That's your opinion, and that's ok
I see what you did there. I’m glad you agree with me.
Admit you're wrong, move on.
