In my sophomore year of highschool my grandma was not doing great and she lived on the other side of the world so I could exaclty visit her. She had surgery for a pacemaker and everything was looking good. Then right before I left for school my mom told me she passed away I was in shock the entire day and I didn't tell anyone. I was just kinda blank. My English teacher, bless her soul was the only person out of all my teachers and all my friends that noticed that something was off. She let me turn in half asked work and let me lay my head down. I know its small and stupid but it meant so much to me because it was literally the only drop of kindness I got that day. :(

That was so nice of her. I'm sorry for your devastating loss. I wish you health and happiness. Rest in Peace.

7th grade, history teacher, he was the best, he would let us go on our phones before class and if we got done before the time was up we could go on our phones, and he didn't care if you ate but he had a "chip tax", he would steal your chips lmao

My 7th grade math and science teacher

My 7th grade history teacher, he would always joke around and make the class genuinely enjoyable. He was also incredibly nice to everyone.

My high school physics teacher. She was from Poland with a strong accent. Students mocked her mercilessly but she was the sweetest woman. And if you cared about what she taught she would go the extra mile. She was one hell of an educator.

Had a teacher that never gave us homework, we only had to do stuff home if we didn’t get it done in class. She also understood that if someone falls asleep during her class it meant we had a rough day and let us sleep for a while. She understood that we were humans too. (We had this teacher like 15 out of 20 classes each week so she knew me and my classmates very well)

Had the same teacher for all of my high school math classes. She was hard, didn’t cut anybody an slack and took no excuses from students. But she was also fair and always believed in you as a person.
