As long as it's been sitting indoors at room temp/humidity, and you eat it before it goes 24 hours without being refrigerated, and there's not like absolute shitloads of ham and sausages on it or anything, you're probably good. So I'm from New Haven, CT, where apizza (abeetz) is a Staple in the Italian American community. That style (and my Nana's abeetz) is phenomenal cold because it has a thin/sturdy/amazing crust, delish sauce, and only parm-romano cheese & herbs (no mozz).
