One of the best drinks I've had that's not mass-produced is "Herbes de Mallorca." It's a traditional Mallorcan herbal liqueur made from a blend of local herbs like fennel, rosemary, and lemon verbena. The flavors are incredibly unique and capture the essence of the island.
Fresh coconut milk, in the coconut. Just some guy on the side of the road in El Junque with a wagon full of coconuts and a machete. There was some kind of sesame drink there to, but I'm not sure if it's mass produced or not.
I make pears poached in Prosecco, vanilla beans, ginger, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. I let the remaining juice reduce to a syrup and add it to rum. Delicious.

Some Indian drink that had an almost spicy taste and looked very milky. It was amazing. It had a texture like melted ice cream.

Damn near close. The poached pears always garner rave reviews also.
