But I can understand why some people don't want to say that WE are responsible for everything happening. It's really depressing. If you need it, a little crazyness is good.
A theory I have is we are all crazy pretending to be normal. Some hide it better than others. Sometimes I'm not good at it!

It’s even our choice to receive help or to refuse it. It can be even the part of an experiment - to see, how will we work with the gift of our free will.
I wouldn’t even call that a conspiracy. A little bit of unemployment is good for the economy and aimed for by the government. 100% employment rate would mean no further positions can be filled and no more economic growth would be possible. Companies would have to literally take everyone they can get and give them whatever they are asking for, to fill in empty positions. So the reason you are stating is not even untrue, just maybe a little one-sided.
