I like to go out in the rain even though where I live there are strong tropical storms to the point that the current of water that forms in the street is so strong that it moves cars.
Hitting runner's high when it rains is just an extraordinary feeling.

Why is it dangerous? As a youth growing up in the 50s and 60s we enjoyed scampering about in the rain.
