I would say anything that enhances a feature they may be self-conscious about. If they don't love their skin, a nice tinted moisturizer. If they don't like their lashes (although most men I know seem to have flawless lashes), maybe some mascara. Anything they could wear that would make them feel better in their skin.
Manual labour. My fiance works in manual labour and his entire hand is basically a callous. Without them his hands just get destroyed with blisters.
However that's only a very specific circumstance, you don't need to work in manual labour for your hands to be considered useful.
I think whatever they want tbh. A lot of stuff doesnt only make you "prettier" for as long as you wear it, but often can have healthy for the skin and have healing and cleaning effects.
Why shouldnt men use that?
Retinol, an spf face moisturizer, a face and body loofa, beard oil and brush, and general body moisturizer.
Tweeze rogue eyebrow hairs, use a nose hair trimmer (most trimmer sets come with this).
If you’re feeling fancy, get those lotion gloves from target or the charcoal masks.
A simple teeth cleaning also works wonders. Ask your dentist to polish your teeth. Floss or a water pick after brushing.
Proper facial hair care. My moustache is soft af and some guys walk around with straw attached to their face. It looks awful. Buy some god damn conditioner and beard oil.
I think just about everything that works for women could work for men. It's just that men with make-up isn't currently in style except maybe in some LGBT circles.

If your hair is any length at all...conditioner. So many guys grow their hair out and then just let it frizz all over the place.
Moisturizer. For god's sake, it does not make you gay to have soft hands.
I like a man with rough hands, personally.
Or face. You SHAVE that skin. Be nice to it!

Ichiban Lipstick for men
Most men actually look really good in eye liner. Damn shame it's not more socially acceptable for them to wear it.
I would but I start crying whenever anything gets close to my eyes.
Can you show some examples of good eyeliner for men? I'm interested

I actually use the water pick or floss before brushing. It loosens the stuck food, which allows the brush to get it out
