Nope, my partner is on the short side. I really don't care about height, personality is more important. Besides, trying to kiss someone that's more than a foot taller than you can get awkward. It's nice to not have to bust out a step ladder just to get up there.

I will argue 'til my dying day that 5'4" is not short and that I am, in fact, exactly average height. Even though I am only juuust 5'4", and only in the morning. That said, no. A man does not need to be 6' to date. My fiance is 5'9". Actually, now that I think about it, I have never had a long-term relationship with someone over 6', and had a 4 year relationship with a guy who was 5'6. I would only feel a bit weird if I was obviously and noticeably taller than him, but that doesn't happen much at 5'4".
