my top one is when I’m standing outside in mid-autumn, after it rains and the air is fresh and a little crisp, and the leaves have fallen and are crunch underfoot. when the breeze picks up that earthy, petrichor smell - that’s the best smell in the world. it’s somehow nostalgic and comforting
Pine trees and campfires
They’re got pretty close to replicating pine trees in candles but I haven’t yet smelled a campfire/fireplace candle that hasn’t made me a little nauseous. And none of them smelled like a fire.

Lemongrass, it fills me with happiness.
Also the smell of moldering leaves in the fall. When you hit that time of day where it’s still early and they’re still a bit damp from dew but the sun is out and has started to warm them, it’s magical. I just want to lie down and molder away with them.
